WebClient:

You can access courses using the WebClient in your internet browser. The login link will be provided to you by your organisation or system administrator. WebClient runs on Safari 6 or newer, the latest version of Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, and Internet Explorer 9 or newer.

Frequently Asked Questions



Can I change my password?

Yes. Once an account has been created for you and you have logged in with your assigned login details, you can change your password. To do this, open the application menu, select Settings > Change login data > Reset/change password > type in the password of your choice.

What if I have forgotten my password and can't log in?

When you are on the login page, click 'Forgot Password' and then enter your username. An email will be sent to the address linked to your user account to change your password.

Where can I find help to create and manage courses and user groups?
