WebClient:

You can access courses using the WebClient in your internet browser. The login link will be provided to you by your organisation or system administrator. WebClient runs on Safari 6 or newer, the latest version of Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, and Internet Explorer 9 or newer.

Frequently Asked Questions



Can I change my password?

Yes. Once an account has been created for you and you have logged in with your assigned login details, you can change your password. To do this, open the menu on the top right where it says your name
> select Change password
>
type in your current password
> type in the password of your choice where it says New and again where it says Confirm
> click Change password

What if I have forgotten my password and can't log in?

When you are on the login page, click 'Forgot your password?' and then enter your work email address. An email will be sent to the address linked to your user account to change your password.

How can I see all the Virtual Advisors?

Once you are logged in, click on View all VA's under Favourite VA's on the Dashboard. Click Next at the bottom of the page to view more.

How do I reopen a VA session?

The most recently opened VA sessions are listed under Recent Sessions on the Dashboard. Click on the relevant session to reopen it where it was left off. To see all sessions or to search for one using the reference number, click on View All Sessions on the Dashboard or Session History on the left (signified by an anti-clockwise arrow). To search, type or paste the reference number in the box on the top left.

How can I view a session report?

To view a previous session report, follow the steps listed above, click on the session, and click on View report on the top right.
To view the report for a current session, click on the session panel on the top right (signified by four horizontal lines and a left arrow) > Click Report.
